Grapes: Touriga Nacional (100%) Appearance: Clear, Color: Granada with abundant intense of violet tones;
Flavor: Complex, soft and harmonious. Distinction for the nobility of tannins resulting from the stage in new the french oak barrels. Ends bulky, engaging and very elegant.
Winemaking process: Total stripping, soft and prolonged maceration with fermentation at 28 º C.
Maturation: Stage 12 months in new barrels of french oak medium toast weak and 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 14.0% Vol; Consumption Temperature: 18 º C.
pH: 3.55, Total Acidity: 5.8g/dm3; Total Sugars: 4g / L; Wine Longevity: 7-10 years; To retain the characteristics of wine bottle has to keep lying.
Tip: Excellent for track-based dishes with grilled red meats or sauces, hunting of fur or feathers cheeses and well structured.
