The steps you should follow to make purchases on our site are:
1. Create a personal account on our site (can be created at the end of the order / purchase but before making the payment).
2. View the products, technical specifications and characteristics. Placement of chosen products in the basket / shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart".
3. Finalize the order - to finalize an order must be authenticated and registered on our website.
After the registration is mandatory to fill in the following fields: details of billing and delivery details.
Details of customer/client:
A. Individual / end user / customer: name, email, phone and addresses for billing and delivery of goods purchased. If you want an invoice with the fiscal number (NIF) , please indicate in the space reserved for "comment about your order" which is on the "Address" in Step 3 of the procedures for completion of order.
 B. Companies / legal persons: in this case you should select the "Company", enter the company name and NIF, and all elements mandatory in the invoice for purposes of billing and delivery.
Delivery Details: If the shipping address is different from the billing address please fill in the required fields: address, city and zip code.
Payment Details: You can choose one of the following methods of payment:
1. Prepaid by wire transfer / bank transfer on behalf of ACeVOA Lusarom Ltd (the operator of the Premium Drinks site).
2. Through PayPal - several credit cards in more than 100 countries worldwide.
3. Payment by ATM References which may be paid in the ATM network or in your Home Banking (only for portuguese customers or portuguese bank account)
4. Credit cards, Visa and Mastercard
5. COD - Cash on delivery - cash against delivery of goods (only in Portugal)
All methods of payment cards and ATM references available on our website are processed by specialized service providers, certificates and indisputable recognition.
The payment modules are NOT located on our server and any information you entered in this module (cardholder name, expiration date, card number or secret code cvs) can not be viewed by us or any ACeVOA Lusarom Ltd. (Premium Drinks)Â employee. The processing of payments is the sole responsibility of specialized operators, legally accredited for this purpose.
Finalizing the order: To move to the next step, please press the "Next" button. On this page you are asked to check that all your details are correct and if so, click "Pay". After finalizing the order in short time you will receive via email the invoice and all details of your order. We recommend to always keep updated your personal data: surname, name, delivery address and billing because only in this way we are closer to you and can help you in your choices.

Your order will be delivered using various forms:
1. CTT (Post Office Portugal) - CTT Expresso
2. Other companies transport and distribution - Premium Drinks Partners
3. Own transport
Premium Drinks works with the best transport/delivery/shipping companies in Europe, which guarantee full availability, quality services and maximum security. Some shipping companies allow realtime scanning order status through website. Thus, it is possible to know at every moment where your order and schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Transportation costs are paid by the customer / buyer / consumer and are distributed in specialized modules and can be viewed along the finalization of the order.
Premium Drinks may offer discounts or promotions, specials on total or partial deduction of transportation costs, depending on each situation, the total order value, classification and customer loyalty depending on the trade policy that addresses the operator of this site.
Should know that the price (product price) for each product ordered in the online shop PREMIUM DRINKS you add the following costs:
a) a charge of 2 Euros per order - costs of processing, handling and order preparation
b) the VAT at the legal rate, and depending on the delivery address.
c) the cost of transport to the address / delivery address specified by the customer in accordance with the calculation presented to complete your request.

Orders for delivery in Portugal and in Europe will be sent using the best experience and competence of CTT (Post Office in Portugal). Generally, an order will take between 24 and 48 hours (working days) for delivery in Portugal, between 4 and 6 days (days) in Europe and 5-10 days in the rest of the world. Exceptions are the situations of weather and disasters.
All orders placed on the platform of PREMIUM DRINKSÂ E-Commerce whose payment is not made within 3 days will be canceled on the 4th day. For orders, with the option to pay via credit card, no payment or payment validation until the day following the day of the order leads to cancellation of the order.
All products shipped by PREMIUM DRINKS must be inspected by the customer upon receipt, if possible, even in the presence of official transportation company that performed the delivery.
If there is any damage to the packaging or on the product, the customer must immediately go to the shipping company, ask them to explain what happened, require the registration of the damage on the delivery note and inform immediately the PREMIUM DRINKS.
PREMIUM DRINKS is not responsible for deliveries made in countries where the laws and customs restrictions do not allow alcoholic beverages - is the sole responsibility of the customer if the product will be seized by the competent authority.
In case of return of PREMIUM DRINKSÂ goods seized, we are free to evaluate whether its commercial appearance was not affected (bottle was not opened, tax stamp and label are intact, etc.). Then PREMIUM DRINKS undertakes to repay only the amount of money equal to the value of goods (the price existing on the site at the time of order, without the costs of preparing, handling and packaging and without taxes and transportation costs) less financial costs expenses reimbursement.
The End User / Customer undertakes in particular to comply with the following obligations:

2) Do not use false identities;
3) Provide real personal data and exact address so that the Premium Drinks can properly process orders and deliveries;
The Customer / users are responsible for the accuracy of the data reported at the time of registration.
The PREMIUM DRINKS reserves the right to delete the account of any Customer who violates the obligations stipulated.
